After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation. The target number of attendees is 100-150.

Cancellation policy registration fee
Cancellation fees will apply according to the following schedule:
Between September 1 – November 15: 50% of the costs will be charged
After November 15: 100% of the costs will be charged
For registration fees to be refunded, a written notice of cancellation must be received at EUTROC@trmoncology.com
no later than above mentioned dates 17:00 GMT +1. The amount of registration fees remitted,
will be refunded after the congress. Substitutions are accepted with written notification only.
EUTROC does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants
in the rare event that this program should be cancelled for any reason. Every effort will be made to give reasonable
notice in the event of cancellation of the program.
